Natalie Gristock has been my Personal Trainer for almost a year now. Natalie is a fantastic trainer! She looks at individual needs, assists with eating/nutrition plans and keeps you motivated to obtain the goal ‘you’ want to achieve. She works with you as a person to get your fitness to a sufficient level and motivates you to take steps to make changes that are better for you and your body. Natalie is a very focused person and goes the extra mile with her clients. Natalie actually cares about her clients’ needs and requirements. Natalie trains me in one on one sessions, in group sessions and she is also assisting me in my running to complete the ‘City to Surf’. Natalie is a tough operator and an exceptional motivational trainer ……if you’re looking for someone to achieve those fitness goals, look no further! I began training with Natalie as preparation for my wedding, and absolutely love both her one on one sessions and group boxing classes.
