Natalie Gristock is an outdoor personal trainer and group boxing instructor and is based around the Eastern Suburbs, Sydney.
Natalie’s qualifications: Cert III Fitness, Cert IV in Personal Training, Punch Fit instructor, Group instructor, Senior First Aid/CPR.
Natalie’s knowledge of fitness, her high energy, her motivation and her interpersonal skills will help each individual reach their fitness goals.
